Standard shipping for milestone and contest rewards is completely free of cost. For direct e-commerce purchases within the app, any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that any local state taxes, octroi, or registration duties must be borne by the user.

3. KYC and Address Verification

To ensure secure delivery, winners and buyers must provide valid government-issued ID proof and complete address verification before any physical reward or high-value item is dispatched. Deliveries will only be made to the address matching your verified profile.

4. Tracking Your Order
